If your GRID account is connected to your company email address when you upgrade to the Professional plan, we’ll enable a free domain upgrade on your account. This means that all GRID users who are on the same email domain as you will also be upgraded to the Professional plan! If existing GRID users are not seeing the upgrade, they might need to verify their email address. When a new user from your domain joins GRID, they’ll be upgraded as soon as they verify their email address. This company perk is available to everyone on your domain, without any additional cost. Only the first user to upgrade a domain will be billed.

Not at all. As a GRID author, only you see the in-product banner that notifies you if you exceed the limits of your plan. Your viewers can still access your documents whether they are shared directly or embedded.

No, the document limit only applies to documents you have authored yourself.

^{Collaborative editing} is available exclusively on the Professional plan. To invite colleagues to edit your document, click the Share button. Give your team member edit access and start co-authoring your document. Note that documents can only be edited by one user at a time. You can also grant Edit rights to anyone, whether or not you share an email domain.

^{Document statistics} provide valuable insights into your document’s reach & enable you to gauge audience engagement to determine whether your message is hitting the mark. Doc statistics are particularly useful when sharing important documents with clients or colleagues. This feature is available on both the Plus and Professional plans.

You can remove the GRID logo from your embed by upgrading your account to either the Plus or Professional plan. Once you’ve upgraded, the watermark will be removed from your embed.

To export your GRID document to a PDF, you’ll need to upgrade to either the Plus or Professional plan. Once you’ve upgraded, you’ll find the Export to PDF option in the document menu. Learn more in this help ^guide.
