At the end of your trial your account will revert to Free and will no longer benefit from the features meaning that only you will be able to view your documents. Note that you will continue to be able to create and edit your documents.

Yes - we can absolutely do that for you! We provide a service where we build GRID documents for users for a one-time fee of $250.

Please note that in order to share or embed the document we build for you, you will need to have a GRID account with an active subscription to one of our paid plans. This is in addition to the one-time fee we charge for our GRID document building service.

A seat corresponds to a user that benefits from the paid plan features.

If your GRID account is connected to a company email address when you upgrade to any of our paid plans, the plan features will be enabled for the users within the company domain subject to the number of seats available on the plan. Enablement occurs automatically, however emails connected to those users will need to be verified.   

Please note that all metered units such as views and submission forms are summed up across all the seats within the company domain. It is that sum (across all seats) that is subject to the limits specified for each plan.

Collaborative editing is only available on the Pro and Premium plans. To invite colleagues to edit your document, click the Share button. Give your team member edit access and start co-authoring your document. Note that documents can only be edited by one user at a time. You can also grant Edit rights to anyone, whether or not you share an email domain.

Document statistics provide valuable insights into your document’s reach & enable you to gauge audience engagement to determine whether your message is hitting the mark. Doc statistics are particularly useful when sharing important documents with clients or colleagues. This feature is available on both the Pro and Premium plans.

If you're subscribed to one of our paid plans, your embeds will always be watermark-free.

You can remove the GRID branded header, navigation bar and footer by upgrading your account to the Premium plan. This enables you to provide your viewers with a simple, clean interface when viewing and interacting with your GRID document. This can be especially powerful for consultants who share their documents with several clients at once, or for achieving a look similar to an embedded GRID document, without having to embed it on your website.

Please note that regardless of whether you are on Pro or Premium, embedded GRID documents never display GRID branding. The settings being described here refer to the ability of removing branding and UI components of GRID documents being viewed directly on GRID.is.
